Every print is personally signed by the artist, making it a unique addition to your collection. We take every step to ensure your artwork reaches you safely and in perfect condition, ready to find its place in your home or studio.

Try not to touch the printed surface with bare hands, as the natural oils and moisture from skin can leave marks. Always hold your print gently by the edges, or use a pair of soft cotton gloves if you have them. Be mindful not to bend, scratch, or scuff the image side.Store your print in a cool, dry place, away from dust and strong light. Avoid hanging it in direct sunlight or outdoors. For long-lasting beauty, frame your print under acrylic or glass to protect it from humidity and everyday pollutants. Treat it with love, and it will stay with you for years to come.

1. Method & Timeline: We ship all orders with tracking. Processing takes 7–8 business days; delivery typically occurs within 10–12 business days, both domestically and internationally.

2. Shipping Rates: Standard domestic and international shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

3. Damage in Transit: We take great care in packaging. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at contact@kaasvijain.com with photos to arrange a replacement.

4. Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees imposed by their country.

1. Returns: Due to the unique, creative nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. Exceptions: if you receive the wrong item, or if it’s damaged or defective.

2. How to Request: Report issues within 48 hours of delivery, including order details and clear photographs, to contact@kaasvijain.com.

3. Resolution: Once approved, we offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion). Refunds are processed via Razorpay, typically within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items: Original artworks, commissioned/customized pieces, and digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for delivery-related damage. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at contact@kaasvijain.com with photos.

5. Shipping Costs: Unless the return is our fault, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
