Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns
Due to the unique, creative nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.
Exceptions: if you receive the wrong item, or if it’s damaged or defective.
2. How to Request
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery, including order details and clear photographs, to contact@kaasvijain.com
3. Resolution
Once approved, we offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion). Refunds are processed
via Razorpay, typically within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Original artworks, commissioned/customized pieces, and digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for delivery-related damage. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at contact@kaasvijain.com with photos.
5. Shipping Costs
Unless the return is our fault, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
