Your artwork comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, guaranteeing its uniqueness as a one-of-a-kind creation. Display your painting away from direct sunlight and humidity. Gently dust the frame with a soft, dry cloth, and if there’s glass, spray cleaner onto the cloth never onto the artwork. Handle with clean hands and avoid touching the painted surface.

1. Method & Timeline: We ship all orders with tracking. Processing takes 7–8 business days; delivery typically occurs within 10–12 business days, both domestically and internationally.

2. Shipping Rates: Standard domestic and international shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

3. Damage in Transit: We take great care in packaging. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at contact@kaasvijain.com with photos to arrange a replacement.

4. Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees imposed by their country.

1. Returns: Due to the unique, creative nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. Exceptions: if you receive the wrong item, or if it’s damaged or defective.

2. How to Request: Report issues within 48 hours of delivery, including order details and clear photographs, to contact@kaasvijain.com.

3. Resolution: Once approved, we offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion). Refunds are processed via Razorpay, typically within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items: Original artworks, commissioned/customized pieces, and digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for delivery-related damage. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at contact@kaasvijain.com with photos.

5. Shipping Costs: Unless the return is our fault, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
